海外投资顾问
澳大利亚百腾房地产集团公司上海代表处现招聘海外投资顾问，主要负责销售澳洲房产。要求具备高端物业成功销售经验，工作热情精力充沛。

- 与客户预约进行面对面房产咨询交流
- 开发潜在客户，跟踪重点客户
- 达到销售业绩目标
职位要求：
必须具备一下要求：
- 流利地道的中文母语
- 会说英语者优先考虑
- 大学本科
- 丰富的房产销售经验（至少一年高端物业销售经验或者奢侈品行业销售经验）
- 团队精神
薪资待遇：
- 每月基本工资：人民币3,000 - 5,000元（视工作经验和资历而定）
- 绩效奖金

THE ROLE
Work for a famous Australian company. Vacancies are
currently open for Overseas Investment
Consultant in our Shanghai Office.
They are looking for energetic and professional sales people
to sell Australian residential property.

- Client appointments and face-to-face meetings
- Developing sales pipeline and lead generation
- Meeting Sales Targets
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Desired candidates should have the following:
- Native Chinese Speakers Only
- Fluent in English
- Proven Sales Experience (Min. 1 year, Property & Real Estate Experience preferred)
- IT Skills (Microsoft Offices)
RENUMERATION
- RMB3,000-5,000 base salary per month (dependant on experience)
- Performance Bonuses
- LARGE commission on sales, paid when you sell, no need to wait!
- Regular visits to Australia
